- Abstract
- 본 연구는 사회적 책임 경영(SRM)의 실태를 분석하여 우리나라의 산업 활성화에 적절한 대책을 제시하고자 하였다. 사회적 책임 경영 ISO 26000 국제 표준은 2003 년에 설립을 준비하기 시작하였고, 지금은 효과적인 SR 세계 표준으로 구현되었다. 전 세계 모든 국가들은 이러한 SR(Social Responsibility)의 세계 표준을 구현하기 위해 적합한 프로세스를 준비하려 하지만 각 국의 정부와 우리나라 기업을 포함한 거의 모든 기업들은 ISO 26000 국제 표준 및 구현 프로세스에 대한 완전한 정보와 지식이 아직까지도 많이 부족한 편이다. 이에 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 수행되었으며, ISO 26000 국제 표준에 준한 사회적 책임 경영의 실태 분석과 그 구현에 대한 효과적인 활성화 대책을 제시하였다. 특히, 본 연구는 개별기업의 실태에 초점을 두어 분석을 하고자 한다.
