Abstract
A study on between the polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor gene and VO2max, HRmax, AT was examined in 36 Short tract skaters. Methods: Genomic DNA was extractedr ofm Blood samples and vitamin D receptor genotypes were determined with the established methods. Th eVO2max, HRmax, AT was measured using grade exercise test. The difference in VO2max, HRmax, AT between VDR genotype groups(FF/Ff) was an-a lyzed using independent t-test. The FF genotype group showed significantly higher VO2max than Ff genotype group.
