- Abstract
- 서비스디자인 프로젝트가 공공분야뿐만 아니라 민간분야에서도 점차 많아지고, 서비스디자인 방법론에 대한 수요가 커짐에 따라 이에 대한 평가 및 진단 툴의 필요성 또한 대두되었다. 이에 SDES (서비스디자인 평가 시스템)가 서비스디자인의 과정 및 결과를 전체적인 관점에서 평가하는 개념적인 툴로서 개발되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 SDES의 평가단계 및 평가차원과 항목들을 좀 더 구체화하여 서울시 범죄예방 프로젝트인 염리동 소금길 사례에 적용하였다. 이를 통해 평가항목 및 차원의 수정이 이루어졌고, 서비스유형 분류를 통해 종합평가지수 가중치 부여의 근거를 제시하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 일관성 있는 평가기준의 틀을 제시하고자 하였다.
