- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 노후소득보장의 한 방안으로 퇴직급여 제도의 현황을 조사하고 퇴직연금의 연금화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사를 바탕으로 회귀분석 및 교차분석의 실증분석과 외국사례를 사용한다. 교차분석 결과 자영업자와 저소득층의 은퇴준비는 심각한 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 자영업자의 경우는 개인형퇴직연금의 확대, 저소득층의 경우는 독일의 리스터연금과 같은 제도의 도입이 필요하다. 퇴직연금의 연금화 방안과 관련하여서는 호주와 영국의 사례를참조하여 제도를 개선하여야 할 것이다.
