- Abstract
- 당뇨병 환자의 혈당치 측정을 위하여 포스파젠 진단막을 제조하였다. 활성화된 포스파젠 진단막을 이용해 혈액속의 글루코우즈의 농도를 변화시켜가며 여러 온도와 습도에서 680 nm에서의 최종흡광도를 측정하였다. 측정 온도와 습도는 시간에 따른 흡광도 변화량(K/S)의 최종 결과치에 크게 영향을 주지 않았다. 여러 가지 온도에서 활성화된 포스파젠 진단막을 3일, 1주, 3주, 5주간 보관한 후 보관온도가 글루코우즈의 농도 측정에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그리고 상대습도80%에서도 포스파젠 진단막의 안정성이 확인되었다.
