Abstract
This article has studied treaty promulgation and publicity in the constitutional law including the concept, the effects and the types of treaty promulgation in the constitutional law in Korea. There is the express provision on the effect of treaty promulgation in the constitution of Korea, but there is no the express provision on the concept and the types of treaty promulgation in the constitution of Korea. As the results, so many legal problems have come in the practice history of treaty promulgation. So the need of study on the concept, the effects and the types of treaty promulgation in the constitutional law in Korea has been acknowledged broadly. The courts deal with the disputes relating to treaty promulgation. The disputes relating to the interpretation of articles of the constitutional law about treaty promulgation are very difficult. A study on the concept, the effects and the types of treaty promulgation in the constitutional law in Korea has very important meanings for the democracy and for solving many legal problems about the concept, the effects and the types of treaty promulgation in the constitutional law in Korea. This article has tried to analyze many legal problems about the concept, the effects and the types of treaty promulgation. Of many legal problems, the matters about the effects and method of treaty promulgation are very important. This article has the purpose to give perspectives about treaty promulgation in the constitutional law. So we can use their results and prepare for the future.
