- Abstract
- 본 연구는 기업역량이 성과에 미치는 영향력이 환경에서의 불확실성의 수준에 따라 어떻게 변화되는가에 대해 초점을 맞춘다. 이를 위해 2000-2007년의 한국의 음악산업에서 발생한 불확실성을 중심으로 그 전후에 음반판매량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 산업환경에서의 불확실성이 증가함에 따라 기업의 성과를 결정짓는 요인이 조직의 지원에 기반을 둔 역량에서 개인의 능력에 기반을 둔 역량으로 옮겨간다는 것을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 기업의 성과에 좋은 영향을 미치는 가치 있는 자원은 특정한 환경하에서 상이하게 발견된다는 것을 실증적으로 보여줌으로써 자원기반이론의 발전에 공헌한다.
