Abstract
Today, local festivals are very large impact on regional development. Case study takes you from the rice wine festival and beer festival, the local specialties, each with its traditionalism is available. Frequency of alcohol rice wine and beer, as well as 5-7 degrees similar casual everyone can enjoy easy access to those countries that contain the emotions of ordinary people in terms of are significantly similar. This study explores the status of the rice wine festival in Munich beer festival witnessed the success of the organizing factor. Local festivals held by the more successful local economic development and a unique cultural inheritance for rice wine festival's status and the actual conditions to identify successful traditionalism festival, the Munich Beer Festival from case studies in the region other than the economic, social and cultural impacts the future by analyzing the effect of rice wine festival is looking for direction. In addition, public-private partnership to build the system, ecology, macro-management strategy, a systematic public relations and marketing, the festival's identity and differentiation of programs, facilities and transportation infrastructure, and friendly to visitors secured a major development plan will be. Rice wine festival, the expected benefits and effects due to local governments for each rice wine festival to be held slightly increased, which the festival's successful drive results're gonna make a global traditionalism festival, the Munich beer festival's success factors for us considerable implications indicates, this local economy through the marketing strategy for the city would be a great help to.
