Abstract
The basis for our research can be found in wanting to decrease the consumerist society creating sunken costs by finding a measure to encourage society for efficient facility usages. We started with the question of "How can we rationalize the users to correctly use road transport information?" and we cognized the importance of user experience process design. Through researching the various ways in which different users perceive and use transport information, we propose a system of process able to study the user perception on the experience of transportation. For practical uses, the 2010 researches were aimed at demonstrating pedestrian-centered evaluations. Through these researches we were able to reappraise practical usage for the user experience of transportation user perception system process. Additionally, we identified drawbacks and proposed new directions for improvements. We find value and significance in the results of the research as it is an attempt in a emprically measured practical research that centers around the real users of the road transport information.
