We performed a program simulation for design and development of highly efficient organic photovoltaic cells. And the cells were manufactured under the optimum conditions obtained from the simulation. From the device structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CuPc/C 60/BCP/LiF/Al manufactured under the optimum conditions obtained from the simulation, it was found that the power conversion efficiency was 0.41 %. We have confirmed that the power conversion efficiency was increased by 3.4 times compared to that of reference cell (ITO/CuPc/C 60/BCP/Al). © 2011 American Institute of Physics.-
