- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 UHF 대역에서 동작하는 광대역 특성을 가지는 초소형 다중 미앤더 형태의 RFID 태그 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안한 태그 안테나는 복사부에 해당하는 U-형태의 반파장 다이폴 안테나를 효과적으로 축소하기 위하여 다중 미앤더 형태로 설계하였다. 또한, 안테나 본체에 상용 태그 칩과의 공액 정합이 용이하도록 사각 형태의 급전부를 연결하였다. 제안한 태그 안테나는 20×19.7 mm2의 크기를 가지며, VSWR<5.8을 기준으로 한 대역폭은 855∼964 MHz로 전 세계 RFID UHF 대역폭을 모두 수용하였다.
