- Abstract
- 누설전류를 그대로 방치할 경우 전기로 인한 감전, 화재 등 여러 가지 재해요인이 될 수 있으므로 상시 감시가 필요하다. 그러나 변전소 관리를 무인화 또는 순회점검으로 실시하는 곳이 대부분이므로 상시 감시에 어려움이 있어 사고발생시 원인을 즉시 제거하지 못하고 누설전류에 의해 비상발전기의 OCGR이 작동되어 ACB가 차단될 경우 비상발전기의 가동이 중지되는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 방지하기 위해 변압기 저압측 중성점 접지선으로 귀환하는 누설전류를 실시간 모니터링할 수 있는 변압기 누설전류 통합 감시 장치를 제안하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 저압전로와 기기의 절연이 열화 또는 파괴되어 흐르는 누설전류의 영향을 시뮬레이션을 통해 알아보고 사례연구를 통해 통합 감시 장치의 우수성을 검증하였다.
