Abstract
This paper presents an optimum design of a glass net for mold transformer to reduce the electric field. The glass net is used to prevent the coil and epoxy resin, but it causes the electric field intensity and partial discharge. The optimum design of a glass net has been investigated by mean of response surface method and finite element method. © 2010 IEEE.
