Abstract
In this paper, we propose l2-norm of k-set correlation as a new performance measure for compressive sensing matrices. We show that this measure is highly related to restricted isometry property. And we also demonstrate by simulation that it works well as a performance measure of sensing matrices. © 2010 IEEE.
