Abstract
Doxorubicin-loaded polymeic nanoparticles were prepared and characterized as a pH-sensitive drug delivery system. For this purpose, doxorubicin-loaded pluronic (poly (ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) triblock copolymer, F-68) micelles were stabilized with glycol chitosan/heparin composite. FE-SEM (Field Emission-Scanning Electron Microscopy) was used to observe the morphology of polymeric nanoparticles and electrophoretic light scattering was used to observe the particle size. For the application as a pH-sensitive drug delivery, the release profile of doxorubicin was observed in response to environmental pH change.
