- Abstract
- 한국교육행정학회는 지난 40여년 동안 그 활동이 매우 왕성하고 실적도 많다 . 학술행사, 학회지 및 소식지 발간, 전문서적 발간, 국제교류 등이 그러하다 . 이러한 학회 활동에 대한 회. 학회의 장래에 대해서도 밝게 보고 있고 만족도도 높다 .앞으로 교육행정학의 학문적 체계 확립 , 연구 영역의 확대 및 연구방법의 다양화 토착화 노력이 더욱 강화될 필요가 있다 . 논문의 질 및 학문의 윤리성이 높아져야 할 것이고 , 외부 유사 . 이 외, 회원의 저변 확대 및 학회 회원들의 참여도 제고, 학술정보 DB 구축 활용, 국제적 관계 교류 증진뿐 아니라 정책결정 과정에서의 적극적인 참여도 필요하다. 교육행정가 교육 훈련에도 더욱 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다 .
