Abstract
The prints and photography is a topic with particularly under boundaries because the prints, as the only form of fine art that can be both an artistic and commercial mode of expression, has so often participated in divergent aspects of culture and society. The prints and photography tends to be linked horizontally to popular or functional form of Arts such as an advertising, a political cartooning, a reproduction of other works of art. The reproduction have been produced, many may lack aesthetic interest. Although they may well be historical and cultural interest. However, This reproduction is interpretive translations with their own aesthetic and communicate value. It seems likly that value of edition will remain a critical part of contemporary art, exploited for uts seductive formal properties and epistemological quandries: for historical association with literature, science and art for its mirroring of the commercial world and finally, for its singular ability to suggest both the commonality of shared culture and singularity of undividual experience.
