방재적 차원에서 본 다세대·다가구주택 밀집지역의 관리방안

Abstract

Due to rebuilding from detached houses to multihousehold and multifamily houses, the urban residential area has been fragile to the disasters. Multihousehold and multifamily houses were built without maintenance and investment in the infrastructure, while population density soared to 6~12 times. Attribute to the unrealistic parking regulation, the paths are full with illegally parked cars, and it is difficult to evacuate and salvage under the disaster such as fire and earthquake. Therefore, the multihousehold and multifamily housing area should managed in terms of disaster prevention. however, hazardous factors in the urban area are neglected by the flood-based disaster prevention policies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the multihousehold and multifamily housing area, and proposes the management methods in terms of urban disaster prevention.
