- Abstract
- 본 연구는 오픈 플랜타입의 어린이도서관에 있어서 이용자의 요구특성과 물리적 환경과의 상호영향에 관한 연구이다. 융통적 공간의 특성을 갖는 어린이도서관은 이용자의 다양한 요구를 수용해야 한다. 특히, 어린이는 물리적환경을 접하는데 있어서 성인보다 더 다양하고 정의 의미를 갖는다. 주워진 물리적 환경에서 나타나는 어린이들의 행동은 매우 능동적이고 다양해서, 그것을 읽어 디자인에 반영시키면 보다 다양한 잠재적인 행위를 가능케하는 풍요로운 환경이 된다. 본 연구에서는 두가지의 조사방법 즉, 어린이도서관에서 행동장면의 관찰을 통해 다양한 이용행위를 명확히 읽을 수 있는 이용자를 대상으로 이용자행동관찰과 인터뷰조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에 있어서 독서환경을 읽는 행위와의 상호묘사는 행동장면이론과 어포던스에 이론적 배경을 두고 있어 어린이도서관에 있어서 심리적, 사회문화적인 소스를 보다 풍요롭게 제공하는 것을 의도하였다.
