- Abstract
- 웹의 꾸준한 성장과 더불어 복잡하고 처리량이 많은 웹 서비스들의 등장은 웹 서버의 성능 향상을 끊임없이 요구하고 있으며, 이러한 지속적인 웹 서버의 성능 향상을 위한 해결책으로써 웹 클러스터 시스템이 선호되고 있다. 웹 클러스터 시스템에 대한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 그 일환으로 경량 클러스터 제어 프로토콜을 사용하는 Layer-7 기반의 웹 클러스터 시스템을 설계하고 리눅스의 IP 영역에서 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현된 웹 클러스터 시스템은 이상적인 시스템에 가까운 선형적인 확장성을 나타냄을 실험을 통해서 알 수 있다.
