- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학생의 완벽주의 및 역기능적 진로사고와 진로미결정의 관계를 살펴보고, 진로상담에서 내담자의 성격적인 특성과 진로의사결정과 관련된 진로사고간의 관계를 파악하여 진로결정을 돕기위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구대상은 서울 및 경기지역 4년제 대학 4개교에 재학중인 남녀학생 360명이었으며, 이들에게 다차원적 완벽주의 척도, 진로사고검사, 진로미결정척도를 실시하였다. 연구결과 다음의 사실들이 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 완벽주의, 역기능적 진로사고 및 진로미결정은 성별에 따라 부분적인 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 진로미결정 수준에 따른 완벽주의와 역기능적 진로사고의 차이는 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 부모기대를 제외하고 모든 하위척도에서 나타났다. 셋째, 완벽주의와 역기능적 진로사고 간에는 부분적인 상관을 보였다. 넷째, 완벽주의와 역기능적 진로사고는 진로미결정의확신성 및 미결정에 의미있는 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 완벽주의와 역기능적진로사고는 진로미결정과 확신성에 직간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과와 함께 본 연구의 의의와 앞으로의 연구방향, 그리고 제한점을 논의하였다.
