- Abstract
- The purposes of this study are 1) to analyze the spatial structures of public libraries with multi-functions; 2) to analyze the types of multi-functional spaces, as well as a relationship with other functions; and to suggest appropriate spatial structures when constructing public libraries from the analyses. For this research, libraries with multi-functions were selected from the public libraries, and analyzed according to the types of multi-functional spaces. From the analysis, appropriate spatial structures were suggested for multi-functional libraries.
