- Abstract
- BC analysis is necessary and useful method for the feasibility study of various public projects. However the method sometimes looks suspicious in the exactness and the credibility owing to the doubt of value measurement process out of qualitative benefits. This paper suggests the improved and general quantification method for the calculation of qualitative benefits of public projects through the analyses of similar BC case studies.
