- Abstract
- 본 연구는 자원기반이론의 흐름과 이슈를 정리하고 전략경영연구에서 발표된 자원기반이론 관련 실증연구를 David and Han(2004)과 Newbert(2007)의 방법론을 이용하여 분석했다. 그 결과 자원기반이론의 약점으로 지적되어 온 정태적 속성, 동어반복적 속성, 측정의 문제를 극복하기 위한 시도가 1999～2017년에 발표된 국내 연구에서 이루어지고 있음을 발견했다. 이에 본 연구는 앞으로 자원기반이론 진화의 경로에 있어서 이 이론의 발전과 보완을 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어질 경우 많은 연구 기회가 존재할 것이라고 제안한다.
