- Abstract
- 제주-해남 HVDC 시스템은 300[MW]까지 전력을 공급한다. 용량이 큰 HVDC 시스템은 전력계통의 동요를 댐핑 하는데 적합하다. 본 논문은 해남과 제주도를 연결하는 HVDC 시스템의 주파수 제어를 다루었다. 제주도의 주파수 제어는 제주도 전력계통의 시스템 주파수를 일정하게 유지하는데 있다. PST 프로그램으로 제주 전력계통을 축소 등가화 시키고, HVDC 시스템은 상세 모델링하여 성능 평가를 하였다. 적정 댐핑 계수를 유지하도록 HVDC 주파수 제어기의 파라미터를 선정하였고, 3상 단락 사고시 제주 계통의 과도 동요현상은 시뮬레이션 결과 충분한 댐핑으로 안정되게 제어됨을 확인하였다.
