- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 낮은 투표율을 개선하고자 편하게 원격으로 투표할 수 있는 인공지능 본인 인증에 의한 블록체인 기반 선거 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템의 특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지능기술을 이용하여 투표자의 인증 절차를 거친 후 회원가입을 진행 할 수 있도록 한다. 실제 존재하는 인물인지 컴퓨터에 의해 생성된 인물인지 확인하는 작업을 진행한다. 둘째, 투표자가 회원가입을 했을 때 관련 정보와 투표결과들은 블록체인 네트워크에 저장해 투표에서 가장 중요한 보안 문제를 블록체인으로 해결한다. 블록체인 특성에 의해 투표의 조작이 불가능하다는 점을 이용한다. 마지막으로 투표자가 편하게 투표하기 위해 웹을 이용해 인터넷이 되는 곳 어디서든 투표를 할 수 있는 시스템을 제공한다.
