- Abstract
- 본 연구는 실내공간의 가변성을 고려한 모듈러 주택의 연구를 통하여 현재 활성화되고 있는 모듈러 주택 분야의 질적 발전에 기여하고자 하였다. 모듈러 주택 설계를 위한 기초 자료들과 실내가변성을 제공하는 방안들을 정리하고, 기능의 압축과 확장, 이동과 교체, 맞춤형 디자인이 가능한 카트리지 시스템을 개발하여 가변성이 고려된 1-2인 가구 유형을 제안하고, 이들로 구성된 프로토타입 프로젝트로 그 가능성을 살펴보았다.
