- Abstract
- 본 연구는 기존 온라인 의류 쇼핑 시 겪는 의류의 사이즈 및 질감 문제를 해결하기 위해 차세대 폴더블 스마트폰용 가상 질감 반영 가상 피팅 서비스 중심 메타버스 온라인 패션 쇼핑몰 앱 서비스 제안을 목표로 한다. 관련 연구 분석을 통해 MZ세대 특성에 맞는 햅틱 피드백 기반 가상 질감이 반영된 가상 피팅 서비스를 메타버스와 연계하였고, 폼팩터 목업을 제작해 파일럿 테스트를 진행한 후 도출된 3가지 폼팩터의 형태를 앱의 주요 서비스와 연계하였다. 이후 폼팩터 기반 UI 디자인 및 동적 앱 프로토타입을 제작하였고, MZ세대 피험자를 대상으로 29개 문항의 사용자 테스트 및 선행 앱과의 비교 설문을 진행하여 제안 서비스의 효용성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 MZ세대를 대상으로 메타버스 상황에 맞는 폼팩터 발굴과, 기존 의류 쇼핑의 사이즈 및 질감 이슈를 개선 반영한 새로운 온라인 패션 쇼핑몰 서비스를 제안하였다는 데에 연구 의의가 있다.
