dc.description.abstractYellow-emitting CuInS2/ZnS core/shell quantum dots (QDs) with a quantum yield of 65% were prepared by a consecutive solvothermal technique. QD composite plate was generated by blending with pre-polymerized methyl methacrylate and drying. White LEDs were fabricated by placing QD-plate onto a blue LED chip and their optical properties were evaluated.-
