- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 심리상담사 법률에 명시될 수련의 기본요소와 기간을 위주로 심리상담사의 실무역량을 어떻게 향상시킬 수 있을지에 대해 논의하였다. 실무실습, 실무수련, 실무교육, 실무경력의 정의와 함께 기존의 심리상담 전문가 집단인 미국의 심리상담사(LPC), (사)한국상담학회의 전문상담사, (사)한국상담심리학회의 상담심리사, 국가자격증인 정신건강임상심리사 1급과 2급의 실무수련을 비교하였다. 이를 통해, 심리상담사의 실무역량 증진을 위해서는 학위과정에서의 실무실습과 심리상담사 자격취득 후의 실무수련(실무교육) 모두의 필요성을 확인하였다. 국내 민간 및 국가자격과 미국의 자격에서 요구하는 실무실습과 실무수련 체제에 대한 분석 결과에 따라 향후 심리상담사 법률안이 통과된 후 만들어질 법률 시행령(대통령령)과 시행규칙(보건복지부장관령)에 명시될 실무수련의 구성요소와 기간을 제안하였다.
