Abstract
The characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) using two kinds of hole transporting layers with various doping concentration of a new dopant material (Blue-1) were investigated. Two type of devices having various doping concentration (15 wt %, 10 wt %, 5 wt %) showed a different electroluminescent characteristics, which seemed to be due to the different hole mobility between the N, N'-diphenyl-N, N'-(2-napthyl) -(1, 1'-phenyl)-4, 4'-diamine (NPB) and the 4, 4', 4 ''-Tris(N-(2-naphthyl)-N-phenyl-amino)-triphenylamine (2-TNATA).
