dc.description.abstractWe present the first case of plasmon-enhanced blue quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs), fabricated from Cd-free ZnSeTe quantum dots (QDs). The performance of plasmonic QLED with AuAg nanoparticles (NPs) was enhanced by up to 20.3% compared to reference device with a maximum external quantum efficiency of 7.1 %. © 2022.
