- Abstract
- We apply the infinite density matrix renormalization group method to evaluate the magnetization of the Ising model. A uniform tensor network is used for the partition function, whereas the magnetization tensor network contains different tensors due to defect-like structures. We use the concept of matrix product operator and matrix product state to obtain the edge tensor and the environment tensor of the partition function of the model. Depending on the temperature, the magnetization correctly exhibits phase transitions. Our results are consistent with the analytical solution of magnetization given by C. N. Yang. © 2023, The Korean Physical Society.
