- Abstract
- 본 연구는 많은 기업이 로보틱스 서비스 도입을 고려함에 있어서, 로보틱스 의 디지털 인터랙션 요소와 피지컬 모듈 요소의 조합에 따른 품질 요인별 중요도를 분석하여 고객 경험 만족도를 향상 시키는 요인을 찾고자 한다. 연구 방법은 선행연구와 문헌 분석을 통해 도출된 경험요인을 바탕으로 파 일럿인터뷰및설문조사를실시한다.이후카노모델분석을실시하여품 질 요인을 분류한 후, 피지컬 모듈 디자인과 디지털 인터랙션 요소의 조합 이 고객의 만족도와 행동, 경험 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구 를통해도출된고객과의소통가치를높일수있는요인들의연구가향후 기업들의 로보틱스 서비스 모델 디자인 방향성을 설계하고 브랜드 이미지 를 제고하는 것에 활용되기를 기대한다.
