Abstract
Although procedure [Formula Presented] exhibits strong empirical performance in numerical and practical examples, the authors regret to inform the readers that [Formula Presented] may lack the statistical guarantee, stated in Theorem 2. Specifically, the probability of correct decisions for system [Formula Presented] and constraint [Formula Presented] in isolation, denoted by [Formula Presented], is possible to fall below the specified confidence level [Formula Presented], especially when [Formula Presented] is close to 0. The undesirable results from the lack of the statistical guarantee may be alleviated by adopting a different form of [Formula Presented]. Detailed theoretical and empirical analysis regarding the issue can be provided by the corresponding author upon individual request. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.
