- Abstract
- 장기·인체조직 기증과 같은 생명나눔행동은 공동체를 위한 이타적 가치와 책임감이 반영된 공동체의식의 발로이다. 이에 본 연구는 조혈모세포 기증희망 등록의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 선행변인들 간의 관계성을 검토하고자 하였다. 책임감으로서의 공동체의식 이론을 토대로 세 가지 선행변인인 교육배경, 주관적 규범, 책임감 공동체의식이 기증희망 등록의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는지를 이중매개과정으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건계열 및 비보건계열 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실행하였다. 이중매개 분석을 실시한 결과, 보건계열 대학생들이 비보건계열 전공생들보다 주관적 규범인식이 더 높은 경향성을 보였으며, 주관적 규범인식이 높을수록 책임감으로서의 공동체의식도 더욱 두드러졌다. 또한 책임감으로서의 공동체의식이 강할수록 기증희망 등록의도도 높음을 확인하였다. 교육배경과 기증희망 등록의도와의 인과관계에서 주관적 규범과 책임감으로서의 공동체의식의 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의미하였다.
