- Abstract
- 본 연구는 도시 주차 문제를 해결하기 위해 아파트유휴 주차장을 효과적으로 활용하는 방안을 선행 연구에 근거하여 주차 서비스 플랫폼의 설계와 구현에대한 제안을 다룬다. 주요 사용자 그룹을 분석하고, 클러스터링과 페르소나 작성을 통해 주차 행동 패턴을 도출하여 ‘고정 주차형’과 ‘변동 주차형’으로 나눈다. 이를 기반으로 코디자인워크숍을 진행한 결과 7가지 핵심 서비스 기능을 제안하고, 서비스 블루프린트를 구성해 플랫폼의 여정을 다양한 이해관계자의 시각에서 상세히 나타낸다. 해당 연구는 시민들의 편리한 주차 서비스 플랫폼의 개발을 지원하며, 다양한 도시 모빌리티 플랫폼의 설계와 운영에 대한 시사점을제공한다.
