- Abstract
- 본 연구는 1985∼2018년에 대해 OECD 17개국의 패널 자료를 구축하여 노동시장 유연성과 안정성이 노동생산성에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하고, 실증분석 결과가 인구 고령화 정도에 따라 어떻게 변하는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 노동시장 유연성 및 안정성과 관련된 변수 중 노동조합 조직률만이 노동생산성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 노동조합 조직률 변화가 노동생산성에 미치는 영향은 인구 고령화 정도에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 인구 고령화 정도가 높을수록 노동조합 조직률 상승이 노동생산성에 미치는 부정적 영향이 줄어들었다.
