Abstract
The quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity presented at the beginning of the twentieth century revealed the problems of the thinking system that tried to define the existence of this world on the basis of identity, and demanded new changes in the way of defining existence. Bergson points out that there is a problem with the way of recognizing existence prior to the way of defining existence in modern philosophical history. Furthermore, as we systematically study human cognitive processes, we point out that there is a problem in the relation between reality and representation that we have defined in the past, and we expand the reason to the ontological point of view. In the process, we identify the origins and origins of the image and examine the ontological significance and function to establish a new ontological image theory. This is a fixed, non-existent existence that has a variety of meanings in interaction. In the field of architecture, there are various attempts to recognize objects from an ontological point of view. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the method of recognizing the analogy object as' new coordinate system 'which Fujimoto Sou refers to through a theoretical review of Bergson' s image theory. In this study, we study the various ways of existence and meaning of images in image theory, and understand the relation between image and architecture. Based on the understanding of these images. Through this, we derive the characteristics of Fujimoto Sou 's architectural existence method which changes its meaning every moment in interaction with the user, not the existence that generates the fixed and unified meaning of the building.
