- Abstract
- 반세기 넘게 명맥을 유지하던 세운상가는 2006년 세운재정비촉진계획에 의해 전면철거라는 사망선고를 받았다. 그후 2014년 보존형 개발로 정책 방향이 바뀌었다. 2015년 보행주생으로 세운상가 1단계구간에 해당하는 공중? 데크와 주변 공공공간을 리모델링하기에 이르렀다. 설계목표는 세운상가군의 데크와 주변의 공공공간을 재정비하여 보행환경을 개선하고다양한 활동을 담고 있는 주변지역과 연계하여 보행 네트워크를 회복하는 것이었다.
