Abstract
This study investigated the current state of store sharing market in Korea and based on this, it was conducted to provide a 'store - sharing matching service platform'. In order to grasp the pain point of stakeholders, we conducted in-depth interviews with experts related to store sharing services and users who have experienced store sharing, after defining the concept of store sharing through theoretical consideration. Affinity diagram to grasp store sharing user's difficulty and needs was made through in-depth interview. And we grasped problems among stakeholders through stakeholder map. In addition, user analysis using Flow, Cultural, Artifact modeling method revealed problems. Those are (1) lack of customized service according to the type of store sharing, (2) necessity of interconnectivity, (3) absence of guidelines about process of progress. To solve these problems, we offer the matching service based on Peer-to-Peer(P2P). Matching service was selected as a core strategy. Main function are (1) customized services according to the type of store sharing, (2) matching services for interconnection between stores, (3) systems for each step of platform for new store sharing matching service was designed based on these functions. Heuristic evaluation Test and Think Aloud test for users were used for usability inspection. The 'store sharing matching service platform' is expected to contribute to the "shared economy" by activating the ‘store sharing Market’ with high utilization in the future, when the concept of 'sharing' is expanded.
