Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess the scaling of wind turbine blade of 100kW to Multi-megawatt wind turbines. to develop nonlinear scaling laws of estimated weight and cost for rotor blades. to identify practical limitations to the scaling of the conventional blade and hybrid blade (Swept BTC Blade)
