Abstract
Seoul 'Future Heritage' is a proactive policy in order to preserve the urban heritage. In this study, It was focused on the utilization and conservation of 'Future Heritage' in Seoul and it was studied about spatial regeneration. For the study of 'Future Heritage', this research refer to the case of Seoul. It was analyzed 382 pieces of Seoul 'Future Heritage' and four type of the selection criteria and the type of classification and the regeneration value of 'Future Heritage'. In this study, The regeneration value of 'Future Heritage' were classified on the value of the occurrence value was typified in the value of the public memory, public awareness, sharing of public content and public sense of place. The regeneration value was typified in the value of social regeneration, environmental regeneration, cultural regeneration and historical regeneration. This study was trying to present effective methods for regenerating 'Future Heritage'. In the study, it was carried out research on the type of classification and the regeneration value of 'Future Heritage' for insufficient existing 'Future Heritage' research. Through the research, it is improved the recognition of the value of 'Future Heritage' and provided the basis for the advanced research relating to activation and regeneration strategy of 'Future Heritage'.
