Abstract
This paper carried out a study of recognizing abnormal behaviors with non-overlapped multi-camera and made it possible to track long term abnormal behaviors by way of tracking relations among all objects. It suggested the relation features between two objects as well as behavior characteristics including their identification information and provided methodologies for detecting out abnormal behaviors that should be traced over a period of time across multi-cameras.
