Abstract

This study focuses on building an interactive platform in exhibitions. The platform aims for guests' improved understandings about the arts' development processes. Subject of the research were H University's 2015 graduation works preparation processes. In order to encourage voluntarily participations of artists taking part in the exhibition, data was collected based on field study. Data collection was visualized through interactive calendar. User test showed calendar-shaped-interface helps to comprehend accumulated records according to the flow of time, optional information retrieval and the context of works. Interactive calendar will be an effective mean to understand artists' world through the experience of communication with the artist.
