공급자 개발에서 공급자 분류를 위한 개념적 프레임워크: 공급자 개발 프랙티스와 사회 네트워크 분석의 중심성 연결

Abstract

The goal of the study is to conceptually propose a framework for classifying suppliers in supply network to effectively deploy supplier development practices from the buyers’ viewpoints. In doing so, four types of suppliers are classified based on two dimensions such as degree and betweenness centralities through social network analysis and transaction-specific and infrastructural supplier developments elements in supplier development. Additionally, the proposed framework in the study is illustrated by supply network of an electronics firm in Korea, to show its usefulness. The study is the first study that applies social network analysis to supplier development based on supply chain quality management, and suggests newly introduced supplier selection criteria in that selection decisions of individual suppliers are made based on the central positions in supply network.
