- Abstract
- Cr4+:YAG 결정을 포화흡수체로 이용하는 수동형 Q-스위칭된 준3준위 946nm- Nd:YAG 레이저를 이론적으로 분석하기 위해 레이저공진기 내에서 이득매질의 밀도반전, 포화흡수체의 분포밀도 및 광자밀도를 포함하는 비율방정식을 세워 계산하였다. 또한, 포화흡수체의 초기투과율이 출력에 미치는 영향도 함께 살펴보았다. 그 결과 펌핑세기가 10 W이고, 포화흡수체의 초기투과율이 80%일 때 펄스당 에너지, 펄스폭 및 펄스반복률은 각각 1.34 mJ, 8.57 ns 및 14.75 kHz로 계산되었다.
