- Abstract
- 전기광학 효과를 이용하여 Er:YAG 레이저를 Q-switching시켰다. 전기광학소자인 LiNbO3 포켈셀은 양면이 브루스터각으로 이루어져 있다. 포켈셀의 전압, 동작 시간차, 레이저 동작 주파수, 레이저 펌핑 에너지의 변화에 대하여 Q-switching된 Er:YAG 레이저 펄스의 에너지와 펄스폭을 측정 하였다. 그 결과 펌핑 에너지 130 J, 레이저 동작 주파수 4 Hz, 포켈셀의 동작 전압이 2.4 kV, 포켈셀의 동작 시간차가 430~445μs일 때 Q-switching 펄스의 출력 에너지는 5 mJ, 펄스폭은 120 ns로 측정되었다.
