- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 2×2 상호결합 공정시스템을 제어하기 위한 간편 간접추론(Simplified Indirect Inference Method : SIIM) 퍼지제어기와 정적 비결합 필터(Static Decoupling Filter)를 설계하였다. 전체 2×2 상호결합 공정시스템은 2개의 제어기와 4개의 정적 비결함 필터로 구성된다. 제안된 퍼지제어기의 출력은 비선형 특성을 가지므로 속응성을 가지며 기준입력에 대한 추종 능력이 크게 개선된다. SIIM 퍼지 제어기와 정적 비결합 필터를 결합한 전체 제어기를 2개의 2×2 상호결합 공정시스템에 모의 실험하여 효용성을 입증하였다.
