- Abstract
- 기본적인 중도절단 방법인 제1종 및 제2종 중도절단은 실험의 마지막에만 중도절단이 가능하다. 따라서 이러한 단점을 해소하기 위해 점진적 중도절단 방법이 고안되었다. 이러한 점진적 중도절단 방법에 의해 관측된 자료가 어떠한 분포의 형태를 띄는지 검정하는 것은 자료분석에 있어 매우 중요한 일이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비단조 위험률의 형태를 가지고 있는 지수화된 역하프로지스틱분포의 최대우도추정량을 점진적 중도절단 상황에서 계산하고 순서통계량, 십분위분배율 및 로렌츠곡선을 이용한 적합도 검정통계량들을 제안하였다. 그리고 모의실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안한 적합도 검정통계량들을 비교하여 우수한 적합도 검정통계량을 확인하였다. 또한, 제안한 적합도 검정통계량을 실제 사례 자료에 적용하여 결과를 비교하였다.
